“SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL VIEWS AND APPROACHES TO SOCIAL CONFLICTS”
Abstract
The article presents the main socio-philosophical views and approaches to the study of social conflicts. Liberal, Marxist, functionalist, dialectical, phenomenological, conflict theory, communicative and constructivist approaches are considered. Each of these approaches offers a unique understanding of the nature of social conflicts, their causes and means of resolution. Particular attention is paid to such aspects as the role of power, social inequality, dialogue and consensus, subjective perception of conflicts and their social construction.
