PEDAGOGIK JAMOADAGI BULLING: IJTIMOIY-PSIXOLOGIK TAHLIL

Pedagogik jamoadagi bulling (masxara qilish) ta’lim muassasalaridagi muhitga va pedagoglarning kasbiy faoliyatiga jiddiy salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan keng tarqalgan muammo hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot pedagoglar o‘rtasidagi bullingning mohiyati, shakllari va oqibatlarini tahlil qilish hamda uning yuzaga kelishiga olib keluvchi omillarni aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida pedagoglar o‘rtasida so‘rovnoma va jabrlanuvchilar bilan chuqur intervyular o‘tkazildi, bu esa muammoni yanada batafsil o‘rganish va uning oldini olish bo‘yicha amaliy choralarni taklif qilish imkonini berdi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ta’lim muhitida bullingga samarali qarshi kurashish uchun nol tolerantlik siyosatini ishlab chiqish va pedagoglar uchun qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimini yaratish zarur.
