THE INFLUENCE OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES ON THE SUCCESS OF MODERNIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION NETWORKS OF TECHNICAL STUDENTS
Abstract
The article examines the impact of modern pedagogical technologies on the success of modernization of construction industries. The authors consider the current problems facing the construction industry and propose to analyze the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical methods in the training of specialists in this industry. The article examines examples of the use of modern educational technologies, such as virtual reality, online courses and interactive learning platforms, to improve the skills of specialists in the construction industry. The role of adaptive learning and personalization of approaches in the formation of skills necessary for the successful integration of new technologies into the construction industry is emphasized. The results of the study can be useful for practitioners, educational institutions and governing bodies seeking to optimize educational processes and adapt to modern requirements of the construction industry.
