Abstract

In this article, the author analyzed the mechanisms of implementing the state policy on youth. Any activity is based on certain institutional foundations. State policy on youth also consists of several components. Youth policy as an integral part of state social policy is a set of interactions between state structures, non-governmental and public organizations, and youth groups. Implementation of the youth policy is a combination of legal, economic and social functions of the state and forms a whole mechanism.
