ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION OF THE PERSONALITY OF ALISHER NAVOIY IN AIBEK’S NOVEL “NAVOIY” AND L.G. BAT’S STORY “THE GARDEN OF LIFE”

Abstract

This article considers about the influence of the creativity and life of Alisher Navoi, as well as Navoi’s personality on the work of the outstanding Uzbek writer Aibek and the Russian writer L.G. Bat. The creativity and life activity of Alisher Navoi, as well as Navoi’s personality itself, as a symbol of the highest humanism, morality, and patriotism, served as the impetus for the creation of the novel “Navoi” by Aibek and the story “The Garden of Life” by L.G Bat. The brilliant poetic creativity of Alisher Navoi for the authors of the works acquired special significance during the period of creation of their works - during the Second World War, and
the personality of Alisher Navoi served as the basis for their artistic interpretations. The great and outstanding poet of the Medieval East attracted and inspired two talented writers to realize the creative potential - Aibek and L.G. Bat, where everyone, due to their creative individuality and artistic talent, comprehended and artistically revealed the image of a brilliant poet, whose work became a national and cultural property. The article reveals how, during the Second World War, the advanced forces of the Uzbek and Russian peoples, represented by their outstanding representatives - talented writers Aibek and L.G. Bat, with the power of their talent, stood up to defend the great values of the human personality and, what is important to note, it was Uzbek literature, led by its brightest representative, Alisher Navoi, who became the leader of moral support and spiritual revival.
