METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO FOSTERING ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN CADET TRAINING PROGRAMS
Abstract
This article explores various methodological approaches to enhancing oral communication skills in Police Academy cadets. Recognizing that effective communication is crucial for successful law enforcement, the paper examines experiential learning, peer feedback, technological integration, cultural competency training, and structured workshops as key strategies. The discussion highlights the importance of these methods in preparing cadets for real-world interactions, building trust within communities, and improving overall policing effectiveness.
