Abstract

One of the most urgent problems of the psychology of the present time is the problems aimed at studying the characteristics of adolescence, which is primarily due to the fact that this period can be considered, without any difficulty, the most important problem in the process of forming a healthy and autonomous personality. In the child's life, this is a period of intensive, purposeful development and formation of physical, mental, intellectual, moral and social health. It should also be noted that puberty and the physiological changes associated with this process have a significant impact on the formation of a child's personality. It should be noted that, at the same time, the period of growth is also associated with a number of specific difficulties that can disrupt the comfortable development of the child. The study of the psychological factors of the development of the health orientation of adolescent students, as well as the problems of psychological health of adolescents, is the object of many scientific studies. This issue has been studied from different points of view in different periods.
