METHODOLOGY OF PUBLIC OPINION STUDY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MEDIA INFORMATION SYSTEM)
Abstract
This article reveals the possibilities of the media, which directly affect the formation of public opinion, the methods used by them, the mechanisms of implementation, the content of the methodology of the media aimed at managing the consciousness of the individual. In addition, a comparative analysis of the factors that accelerate the process of functional integration between the media elements - the transition of philosophy from individual to general and from specific to specific, and proposals and recommendations for the organization of a media information system to form a positive public opinion in society.
