IMPROVING INTERACTION BETWEEN DEPUTY ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTY ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
This article analyzes the legal regulatory framework for organizing the interaction of deputies elected from parties of Uzbekistan “vertically” among themselves and with the structural links of the party, coordinating the work of deputy associations and lower levels of the party and their solution of economic, social and other problems in the interests of the party’s electorate. Since, interaction with members of party groups, which the party has in all district, city and regional representative bodies, allows us to ensure the maximum possible completeness of information accumulated by the faction when initiating parliamentary hearings and implementing other activities within the framework of parliamentary control. At the same time, issues of joint organization of consideration of citizens' appeals by faction members and members of party groups, joint implementation of control functions of deputies - members of party groups with the assistance of members of the parliamentary faction were considered.
