(FUSARIUM OXYSPORUM)LOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHICKPEAS (CICER ARIETINUM L.) AND ISOLATION OF THE CAUSE OF FUSARIUM OXYSPORUM
Abstract
In the following article studied the morphoeconomic characteristics of the chickpea plant (cicer arietinum l.), according to the results of which the productivity indicators were interrelated and relatively high in 28 out of 96 plant samples. At the same time, cases of Fusarium infection in the samples were studied and the level of the disease was assessed, as a result, disease symptoms were found in 12 different plants, and this averaged 1.7 points. Pathogenic fungi were isolated from infected plants in the field; sequencing results revealed that the resulting pathogenic fungi were identified as 3 different strains of Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum, and Fusarium fabacearium.
