OBTAINING A RECOMBINANT TYPE OF PLANT DEFENSIN WITH ANTIMICROBIAL AND FUNGICIDAL ACTIVITY
Abstract
O’simliklar tarkibida mikroorganizmlar membranasiga ta’sir etib, ularni parchalaydigan oqsil va peptidlar mavjud. Ushbu birikmalar antibiotiklarga qaraganda samaraliroq va patogenlarga chidamli transgen organizmlarni yaratish uchun qo’llanilishi mumkin. Biroq, mikroblarga qarshi peptidlarni tabiiy ob'ektlardan izlash va ajratib olish murakkab va uzoq vaqt talab etadigan jarayondir. Bizning tadqiqotlarimiz natijasida o'simlikdan olingan peptidlarning faolligi o'rganildi, Ns-D2 defensin geni bilan rekombinant DNK tuzildi va rekombinant defensinning antimikrob va fungitsid faolligi tasdiqlandi. Shunday qilib, defenzin olish uchun muqobil va qulayroq usul taklif qilindi.
