PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVES IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY
Abstract
In this article, identifying potential pedagogues of the field in the process of personnel training, monitoring their work processes with special attention to their mental and psychological aspects, the wide application of specially created conditions for them, the objects of research conducted on this process, and the analyzes achieved as a result, as well as the psychological conditions of the motive related to the profession during the process of pedagogical activity, its role, aspects, types of professional motivation and their psychological learning processes are discussed. Special attention is paid to suggestions on the topic at the end of the article.
