Abstract

Analyzing the French philosophical-cratological and political-legal experiences, we can witness that the principle of separation of powers has become important in the history of this country. The French Revolution and the ideas of French intellectuals, philosophers and humanists directly and indirectly influenced this process. This article examines the philosophical and cratological views of French philosophers about the principle of separation of state power.
