BAZI DORIVOR O’SIMLIKLARNING ANTIDIABETIK VA YALLIG’LANISHGA QARSHI FAOLLIKLARINI BAHOLASH
"Maqola"
Dorivor xususiyatlari noma'lum bo'lgan mahalliy o'simliklarning oshqozon osti bezi α-amilaza ingibitorlari sifatida foydalanish imkoniyatlari o'rganib chiqildi. Tanlab olingan 8 ta o’simliklar orasidan isiriq, moychechak va mavraklarni (mos ravshda 80%, 77% va 72%) etanol ekstraktlarining 100 mg/ml kontsentrasiyasi yuqori ingibitor faollikka ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Diabet kasalligini davolashda ishlatiladigan preparatlarning yallig’lanishga qarshi xususiyatining bo'lishi diabet bilan bog'liq asoratlarni kamaytirishda samarali vosita bo'lishi mumkinligi isbotlangan. Shunga ko'ra, isiriq, moychechak va mavrak o’simliklarining etanol ekstraktlari yallig’lanishga qarshi xususiyatlari o'rganildi. Ushbu o’simliklar ekstraktlari issiqlik bilan induktsiya qilingan qizil qon hujayralari membranasini barqarorlashtirdi. Bunda isiriq 82%, moychechak 79% va mavrak 85% yallig’lanishga qarshi faollikni ko'rsatdi. Shunga ko'ra bu o’simliklarning ekstraktlari 2-toifa diabetni davolashda istiqbollidir.
