Ushbu maqolada universitetda ta’lim olayotgan talabalarning xorijiy tillarni o‘rganish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan xavotirlik darajasi va uni aniqlash jarayoni yoritib berilgan. Xavotirlik darajasini aniqlash maqsadida esa Spilberger-Xaninning "Xavotirlik darajasini aniqlash" metodikasi tanlandi va metodologiyada yuqori darajadagi xavotirni ko‘rsatadigan o‘rta va past standartlar mavjuddir, ya’ni reaktiv xavotirlanish keskinlik, asabiylashish bilan tavsiflanadi.
