Jahonda suv resurslariga bо‘lgan ehtiyojning oshishi va undan nooqilona foydalanish, suv resurslariga bо‘lgan antropogen va tabiiy ta’sirlar natijasida suv va suv resurslarining xossalari, ekologik holatining о‘zgarishi, ifloslanish indekslarining oshishi kuzatilmoqda. Bu esa hozirgi iqlim о‘zgarishlari sharoitida barqaror rivojlanishga erishish istiqbollarining buzilishiga va jahon miqyosida jiddiy ekologik hamda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muammolar keltirib chiqarmoqda[3-4]
