CHALLENGES IN USING THE RESEARCH OF NOBEL PRIZE WINNERS TO BIOLOGY EDUCATION
Abstract
This article highlights the problems and opportunities in using the research of Nobel Prize winners to improve the teaching of biology. The Nobel Prize winners have played a significant role in the development of the field of biology. Their discoveries in various fields of biology have theoretical and practical significance. Using these scientific achievements in the teaching process equips biology education with contemporary knowledge, deepens understanding, encourages the spirit of scientific research, enhances motivation, and develops practical skills. However, there are also limitations to this approach: the limited scope of topics, the constant renewal of scientific achievements, the lack of generalized information, the complexity of topics, and the limited availability of alternative sources.
