COOPERATION BETWEEN THE EDUCATOR AND FAMILY AND STUDENTS THROUGH VALUABLE RELATIONSHIPS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The article discusses the scientific and theoretical issues related to forming value-based relationships between preschool educational institution teachers and their pupils, taking into account the age characteristics of the pupils, and creating favorable conditions in the socio-cultural educational and upbringing environment through the interaction between teachers and pupils.
Additionally, the article emphasizes other pedagogical conditions necessary for shaping the personality of preschool institution pupils. Firstly, it highlights the importance of the teacher's personal qualities as a source of example. It also stresses the need to consider the psychological characteristics of preschool pupils based on their age, the influence of the family, and the priority of family and preschool institution impact on the pupil. Finally, the issue of peers serving as behavioral role models should not be overlooked.
