Ushbu maqolada ingliz tili darslarida o‘rta maktab o‘quvchilarining ma’naviy-axloqiy madaniyatini tarbiyalash vositasi sifatida badiiy matnlarning roli o‘rganiladi. Unda o‘quvchilarning axloqiy va ma’naviy rivojlanishini ta’minlash uchun adabiyotni o‘quv dasturiga kiritish muhimligi muhokama qilinadi. Maqolada adabiy matnlar o‘quvchilarda empatiya, tanqidiy fikrlash va axloqiy fikrlashni qanday rivojlantirishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning axloqiy va ma’naviy o‘sishini oshirish uchun darsda adabiy matnlardan samarali foydalanishning qiyinchiliklari va strategiyalari yoritilgan.
