"Maqola"

Ushbu maqolada perfeksionizmning subyektiv farovonlikka ta’siri keng ko‘lamda tahlil etiladi. Perfeksionizm, o‘z-o‘zini va boshqalarni yuqori standartlarga muvofiq baholash, shaxsning psixologik holatiga, emosional rivojlanishiga va ijtimoiy aloqalariga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Maqolada, perfeksionizmning uchta asosiy ko‘rinishi o‘z-o‘ziga qo‘yilgan, boshqalar uchun qo‘yilgan va ijtimoiy talablar bilan bog‘liq perfeksionizm – keltiriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari, yuqori perfeksionistik talablar bilan bog‘liq stress va kayfiyat o‘zgarishlarining subyektiv farovonlikni pasaytirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Biroq, sog‘lom va erishish mumkin bo‘lgan maqsadlar belgilash, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash va emotsional rivojlanishni qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi strategiyalarni qo‘llash, shaxsiy farovonlikni oshirishga yordam berishi mumkin.
