"Maqola"

Parkinson kasalligi (PK)  ikkinchi o‘rinda eng keng tarqalgan harakat buzilishi bilan bog‘liq neyrodegenerativ kasallik hisoblanadi [1]. PKning umumiy davo choralari to‘liq ishlab chiqilmagan bo‘lsada kasallika qarshi simptomatik kurashish bo‘yicha bir qancha yutuqlarga erishilgan. PK ning uchrash yoshi va kelib chiqish sabablariga ko‘ra geterogenligi kasallik xususiyatlarini to‘la nomoyon qiluvchi modellarning ham xilma xilligini talab qiladi. Klinik PK ning barcha belgilarini to‘laqonli nomoyon qila oluvchi modellarini tanlash va ularni yaratish tajribalar davomida ustuvor vazifalardan biridir. Hozirgi kunda hayvon modellari PK patogenezini o‘rganish uchun eng yaxshi vositadir..Olib borilgan tajribalarimiz  davomida Parkinson kasalligining hayvonlarda in vivo modelini yaratish va modellarda yuzaga keluvchi motor harakatlarini to‘g‘ri baholash metodlari ko‘rib chiqildi.
